Kids and Clothes and Homework!
This residential client runs a busy, busy home with lots of volunteer work, a husband, two small boys and the pool that all the friends come to play in! We organized her laundry room, homework areas for the kids, hobby/exercise room, a cabana bath. At last but definitely not least, we worked with her to set new rules and habits in the home to keep it organized and peaceful for everyone!
Papers, Papers Everywhere!
This client was 'drowning' in mail and papers. We picked up every piece of mail and paper we could find (some in buckets, some in boxes, on tables and behind furniture) and took them out of the home (after signing a Confidentiality Agreement with release). We then opened all the mail, sorted the papers, set up a filing system for past years and current and delivered all of this back to the happy client in an orderly useable system.
Real Estate Agent Home Office
Fabulous built-ins! This successful real estate agent had great space but needed direction in using the space to its highest efficiency. We chose the items necessary to the primary real estate (closest to the chair) and worked out from there. We eventually labeled spaces so that other's could find what they needed. Lastly we determined sales cycle definitions, and set up a customized sales, marketing, vendor, training filing system.
Garage Make Over (no new products!)
Garage of a busy family with lots of miscellaneous items abounding! We pulled everything out to the driveway, sorted, made decisions on what could be donated, recycled or needed to be trashed (as little as possible goes in the trash). Moved shelving to one side of the garage to make more room for the car, then sorted and labeled spaces for items deemed important enough to keep!

From Empty Guest Room to Relaxing Library (click pictures above for more photos and story)
We were asked to fill in all available walls spaces of an extra room with shelving for a large book collection. Another requirement for the project was that it not damage the walls. We selected the platinum Elfa standards with walnut shelves for its sophisticated look and because only screw holes are made at the top of the wall. This Muddle Management client can now take this product with them to their new home, if required.
Whole Home Makeover (click pictures above for more photos and story)
This was an entire home makeover for a person getting married and moving into their new spouse's home. We helped purge, sort and organize items in the attic, holiday decorations, memorabilia, pictures, guest rooms, master bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, mud room, laundry room, dining room and all closets. We sorted items together and stored in appropriate containers with labels and pulled antique books and items out of the attic and displayed them where the homeowners could enjoy their investment. We re-purposed many closets, desks, furniture pieces and items within the home. The result was a happy couple!
